FRUSTRATING SUPERSONIC!
Once again it has come to month end and i am a prepaid user, my line was terminated with no warning. It is now about 60 hours later and still have not recieved a payment link, when you speak to the consultants they seem to be clueless. All i want to do is pay and be connected. I have now tried to cancel and move to another ISP but thats also not happening, and i am super frustrated! One can never seem to get to management, and every phone call you make is 15 to 20 mins hold time and then forwarded to someone else.

18 May 2020, 10:01Ok so here we are again and i am reaching my limit now.
I have spoken to Jabu of Supersonic this morning only to have my call dropped after being told to hold the line which is nothing new from Supersonic side, i requested to speak to management and call was dropped instead.
I am now moving towards seeking legal advise as this is not my fault.
Supersonic has failed to deliver a service that they claim they can deliver.
Customer service is a disgrace!
I recieved no payment link from them in order for me to make payment but yet reconnecting has not happened either.
I am committed to finding a way to management who is not enforcing proper handling of these complaints.
I WANT ALL SERVICES CANCELED TODAY, I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH SUPERSONIC ANY LONGER AND FOR ANYONE EVEN CONSIDERING PLEASE THINK IT THROUGH!!!
