Frustrated customer

I've been with supersonic for a few years now and never had a problem. I'm not sure what's happening now, if it's new management 🤔. The whatsapp line is down, the telephone lines are not being answered, you are just on hold listening to their music. Your customer care is ineffective, nobody is able to take accountability. I need assistance with my wifi, I can't get through to you.
