Frustrated beyond measures.

I am in no means happy with Supersonic. Almost three weeks of hell to try and run after this company, to change a simple address and reactive the line. Escalate this matter is all i hear which is a joke on its own. There is zero escalation, zero call backs, and jack **** intrest. U wait 30 min if not up to 45 min to get a hold of them to start with then they escalate put u on hold and then the call drops. It's the most pathetic company I have ever in all my life worked for.
