FRUADSTERS AND *****

I am very angry with this company, they are unprofessional and full of lies. On the 20th November 2021, my connection got cut off claiming my voucher was finished. Granted I had miscalculated the 28day cycle, so on Tuesday 23rd Nov 2021, I bought a voucher using their payment link sent by Amanda Cindi. I later called to advise that my Wifi connection is still not working. They advised it takes up to 48 hours to activate, 1st time hearing of such after being with them for almost a YEAR.

How do you tell me that you can see my money, but I must wait for activation and can't tell me when. Today is the 30th November and my WIFI IS STILL NOT ACTIVE. I can't even change networks until my they cancel my subscription, to cancel I have to wait 30 calendar days, this is really unacceptable. I have been **** to by their unprofessional agents. They keep saying my query has been escalated and its "in progress" a week later that all the feedback they have.

I have 3 different case numbers for the same damn query!!! Who is lying because on minute they blame Vumatel, the next its their own system. I regret the day I signed up with this company, NEVER AGAIN!!!! Taking people's money and not providing a service is *****!!!!!!!

I have spent so much money buying data when I have paid for WIFI. You are putting my job at risk as I have to work from home. I don't have money to waste because of your incompetence!
