From number 1 ISP to worsed ISP in South Africa.

I've been with Supersonic for 3 months now. They're customer care WhatsApp line is useless. It doesn't help anything. I have been experiencing very poor internet speeds, I know there is a break in the undersea cables, but I used to get over 30mbps internet speed, now I only get 1 mbps, there is no way it could have dropped this much, supersonic dis say that they are diverting traffic on another cable. I am not getting my money worth of service from supersonic, they fall into the same poor service as Telkom, I left Telkom and moved to supersonic, it went well for first 2 months. But still the WhatsApp customers care line is very useless, they can just as well remove it. I am already looking for another ISP. Why is it so hard to get a decent ISP in South Africa?????
