The most unapologetically disrespectful group of people I have ever encountered! No sense of customer service, absolutely shocking! I was in contact with an agent by the name of Precious Radebe who didn't even bother looking at the history of my query before sending me a response. Didn't even apologize once! Even though Supersonic incorrectly debited my account and didn't even respond to any of my queries until only 2 weeks later! I WOULD HAVE GIVEN A ZERO RATING IF I COULD!

14 Aug 2022, 12:49No it was not resolved. I am waiting for a refund for an incorrect debit order. No one has told me when I will receive it, this following countless communition on my side. I DO NOT WANT TO BE CREDITED, I WANT MY REFUND. One of your agents told me the rest of my money would be added onto my next invoice, that is not what I want!
