Forced to stay with IPS unacceptable.

Supersonic has installed my fibre line and acitvated my line without calling me for final acceptance. I find this unacceptable. They did not call me for months but now have just activated my line and forcing me to stay on a contract with them. Now they want me to pay for the activation and installation when I phoned to cancel.
