Firstly it took me a month to have router deliver even when the was installation, thwor call centre consulatnt arent helpful at all through wattsup or call wprse it take clos to 30 minutes foe thwm to respond to calls. When you lodge a call of outage they mess thing way more if you think Rain is bad you haven't used supersonic evwry day at 10 pm I have outage I have to keep on lodging a call that time their technician's are sleeping probably. I would not recommend anyone to use their service I am even considering to cancel very very very bad service from sutomer service to whatever their doing
