FIRE WALL

We currently have an issue we've installed cameras and cannot view on our phone due to fire wall. Called the technical dept who in Friday said they would call us back never did. We called then today only to be told we will need to wait 72 hours they will call us Monday. Othfer service providers take 2-4 hours to remove firewall. I am going to change my service provider ..
