Fibre - Supersonic no!!!!

Please tell me what I must do!!!! 2 weeks struggling to get fibre!!! paid, asked for a refund, got called promising to help me get this sorted!!! they keep on telling me there is an active ISP line, I keep on telling them that I just rent there, and the owner says that she does not know who the line belongs to. I have sent an invoice to prove that I am just renting there, but no luck. How difficult can it be to get a fibre line? I was previously so impressed with Supersonic services, and now what happened??????????
