Fibre router not compatible with printers and repeater

The supersonic fibre router is not compatible with seemingly most printers (I have an hp) and repeaters. So, for me its basically not fit for purpose and useless. The incompatibility is communicated before the contract is finalised, so I cancel. But no, they ignore the cancellation request and finalise the contract. Lovely. Have I just been ****med. I will probably refer this matter to the consumer protector. But this is a warning to all those out there thinking that a router should connect to a simple printer and repeater. No, supersonic dishes out incompatible routers that do not work with common printers and common repeaters. So if you are working from home, avoid this stress.
