Fibre Reconnection after moving nightmare!
I'd give them a zero if it was possible. I recently changed addresses and notified them on the 4th of March 2022. Today, 7th April I am without fibre at my new address. They keep asking me for my new address and whether its fibre ready-over a month later! Nobody takes ownership of resolving this, they keep making me hold when I call for assistance. Terrible customer service!

Thank you, the picture with the Fibre Box serial number has been received. I will escalate the matter to our Project Management Office team to follow up with Metro Fibre Network to complete the installation. As per our telephonic conversation, you said a man came to your house with the fibre box. He's from Metro Fibre Network, we work with them. They are the company that manages your fibre infrastructure at your new house, the old house was Vumatel who was managing the infrastructure.
