FIBRE OUTAGE QUERY

I am trying to get hold of your office. I appreciate that you are busy. But if you have a fibre outage it would be courteous to put a message on your phone line instead of us holding on for ages! Or send out a message to say that there is an outage in your area. I need fibre ASAP. I need someone to come back to me to help me! this is urgent and I have given up waiting for my call to be answered!!!!! Why would your whats app line be under maintenance during the day - surely this maintenance is done in the early hours of the morning when no one needs assistance!
