Fibre not working

Since Monday we have no Wi-Fi called supersonic to report the matter but till today nothing is resolved worse I informed them I’m working from home can this plz be sorted out they still choose to ignore me ,send them WhatsApp they don’t respond,they never answer their phones ,,,this is so disappointing if they no longer need us as customers they should inform us becoz this is not on I am very angry and fustrated by them
