Fibre internet issue

No internet, had my services impacted last night after the heavy rain..spoke to the supersonic rep and the rep said they are logging a ticket with VUMA.

Go a call from VUMA rep and they say the issue with Supersonic and they can’t do anything. Been trying to call the customer service centre since I need to follow up with supersonic to let them know that the issue is with them and I can’t get through to an agent. No call back option
