Fibre installation problems

I'll start with some background information on my scenario and then you can make the decision of whether I'm being unreasonable or not .

On the 28th june i signed up for a fibre installation , i was informed it takes 7-14 business days . I waited and no installation was ever done , after the 14 business day turn around time i then contacted supersonic to query as to what the hold up was , and was informed that my query will be escalated . This went on for another week . I then took it upon myself to contact the actual fibre installation guys who cover my area which is octotel. Octotel then informed me that my order was cancelled . I then contacted supersonic again informing them of the information I received from octotel that the order has been cancelled however the consultant did not believe me , as according to her system the order is still pending and no cancellation has come through . A few days went by and I contacted octotel again for the second time , again I was informed my order still reflects cancelled. This time I requested proof of my order being cancelled with octotel to which the octotel consultant sent me a screenshot, The screenshot clearly shows my order is cancelled and an email address of the consultant at supersonic , i'm assuming this is the person handling my account .On monday the 27th july 2020 I contacted supersonic again to whom i forwarded the screenshot from octotel reflecting that my order has been cancelled and that it needs to be re-submitted to octotel for them to action the installation . I was then assured from supersonic that this will be done and that someone will contact me regarding the progress. We are now on the 29/07/2020 as a im typing this complaint, I have just gotten off the phone with octotel for a third time who once again confirmed there is no order pending for an installation for fibre to be done for myself.

To sum up , I placed an order for fibre on the 28/06/2020 and we are 2 days away from august 2020 and still no installation , supersonic says octotel is the hold up and octotel says supersonic is the hold up but me the client is suffering .
