Fibre Installation in Tzaneen

Frogfoot equipment replacement appointment confirmation, reference no: FRG***8-T1

We have been waiting 2 weeks for installation. Our appointment was for today at 11am and at 11:30 we have been contacted and told that the technician have to reschedule due to the wrong equipment.

Also noted that the address used was incorrect!! I have mentioned this previously as a concern, it has been fixed and day of installation it was incorrect

Can the technicians not go back to Polokwane and then come back again today in Tzaneen. Because now I have to arrange for someone to be at home again tomorrow for them to access the property.

This is very unprofessional,
