Fibre Application Disaster
Worst ever service. Application for fibre 14 August, approved 18 August (7-14 working days for installation on all their platforms) and on 24 September still waiting for installation. Horrible system with no realistic route to lodge a genuine complaint. And they upped the price by R100 pm while we are still waiting on installation!

As communicated, your query has been referred to our project management office, they have contacted the Fibre Network Operator to assist with the installation and the fibre company will be in contact with you to schedule this installation .
Once installation is done by the FNO we will then take the process over, send you the WIFI router and activate your internet.
