Fiber line down for 4 days! Useless and pathetic and lying to consumer

The most useless and pathetic service provider ever known to man! It has taken 4 days to get a technician sent to our property! We will be switching to Afrihost. Supersonic even **** to us saying a technician was sent out and closed the case, when this was not the case- as I have been at home the whole time! Supersonic can also reimburse my own data costs that I have been incurred as a result of their incompetence!
