I had a account with Supersonic for 3 years and canceled it in January 2021 due to me relocating. They changed my account number and never informed me until I my connection was cut off. Upon investigation as to why, I was told that I haven't paid my subscription. I supp**** proof of payments in the hopes that they would do their job. I left it there and never heard from them again. I received a call from a debt collector claiming R 7000 owed to Supersonic.

I have been mailing the accounts dept at Supersonic with now answer as yet.

I am waiting for a reply.
