Fed up!!!

My line hasn't been released after giving a month notice in June and paying claw back.. I am unable to get hold of customer service.. and i still have unresolved financial issues since May... The only good thing I ever did was not give them access to debt my account other than that this company is the biggest isp mistake I've ever made..

And what is wrong with your customer service that whenever I call, I go from being caller number 1 or 2 to caller number 17 or what ever random number over 10?? I don't have time to waste on calls for hours waiting from someone to pick up the phone. Please just release my line so I can move on with my life, seriously this is very pathetic!!!
