False promises

Good day

I recently place an order for LTE devices with supersonic,paid for them on Thursday,very early and called to confirm payment. I was then promised that they will be dispatched the very same day and I will get an sms from RAM the same day, meaning that they should currently be with RAM and I will receive them on Tuesday. Did not get an sms and then decided to call and was simply told that they are still with them and they have no idea when they will be dispatched, no apology whatsoever. Now I am sitting here wondering if I will be receiving these devices in time. The issue I have here is false promises, as it messes up with my schedule. Totally disappointed.
