false promises

I received my router and have tried fruitlessly to get my service activated i get transferred from tech supported to customer service then back to tech support only to get disconnected i have lost so much airtime trying to sort this out i was told someone will call me back because i keep getting disconnected but no call has come . i gave them the benefit of the doubt but sorely disappointed now. no service just a dead router.
