Failing to understand my statement! Please assist urgently
I'm failing to understand my statement, why is my balance so high when I pay my subscription fee each and every month! I have been placed on hold for almost 2 hours! I have always experienced such good customer service and as of late little or no help. Please can someone investigate and contact me soonest on this. I do understand why there is such a high outstanding balance if payment is being made

I HAVE BEEN RECOMMENDING SUPERSONIC TO MOST AQUAINTANCES AND FAMILY BECAUSE OF THE AMAZING SERVICE I RECEIVED IN FEBRUARY THIS YEAR- AS OF LATE I CANNOT ECHO THIS - I HAVE BEEN CALLING BEEN SENT BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN BILLING AND QUERIES - BEEN TOLD THAT BILLING DOES NOT ACCEPT PHONE CALLS - I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT CONNECTIVITY FOR 2 DAYS - I HAVE DONE THE NESSASARY ON MY SIDE - I HAVE DONE FOLLOWS UPS WITH REQUEST UPON REQUEST! I WORK FROM HOME AND NOW I HAVE BEEN LEFT INCOVINIENCED! PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ASSIST WITH A STRAIGHT ANSWER INSTEAD OF A I DONT KNOW - WE WILL ESCALATE -AND THE LIST OF IMCOMPENET ANSWERS CONTINUES!
