failing to deliver

my application for my wifi router more than 3weeks back, Nishal told me it will be delivered last Wednesday, I called and spoke to dakalo she told me RAM will deliver it and she will send me tracking number, to date I'm still waiting, I called her again yesterday she said she will get back to me, again im still waiting supersonic please if cannot deliver, kindly cancel my order or is this a ****??
