Extremely slow speeds

After struggling with severe slow internet the last couple of days, I phoned Supersonic today. They opened a ticket and that that, "They will get in touch" . I phoned them at about 3pm today, time now being 17:35. I was emailed and asked to submit a photo of the speed test, which I did and yet struggling with extremely slow speeds, and NO feedback at all !!! Why do we pay for service and not getting a service ? My download speed is sitting at 0.57 mbs with an upload of 40mbs plus. Running a business and relying on internet is my bread and butter. Overall Supersonic is really good, but the the times I struggled with speed is just getting to much. I must keep paying full price for not even a 1/4 service. This is unfair and theft......
