Extremely poor service

Absolutely disgraceful service from Supersonic. Our Wi-Fi has been down for five days, and despite calling numerous times, nobody seems capable of actually resolving the issue. Every call comes with a different story, and the problem is supposedly “escalated” every time, only for us to deal with a completely different person the next day with absolutely no progress.

There is zero communication, zero accountability and zero urgency. When we ask to speak to someone who can actually help, we are left on hold indefinitely and our calls are simply never answered. Would never recommend Supersonic. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before using them.
