Extremely poor service

I'm really upset with the poor service I'm getting from Supersonic. We have been struggling with poor wifi connection since last week Wednesday. On Thursday I called the call center and I was told the will come back to me, and they never did.

On Friday I called again and I was told the tower close to me was faulty and they will move my IP to another tower, and there was no difference.

I called again on Saturday, and I was informed that the tower is being serviced and it should up and running after 1pm, guess still nothing.

Another call on Sunday and I was told that there could a fault with my router and that a technician will call me back. It's Monday and still no response from Supersonic.

On all the calls I did, I informed the agent ls of the speedtests that I did and gave them the readings. I even sent a DM to your Twitter account and still no response.

Bear in mind we use the for work and school.
