Extremely poor service

I moved house on the 15 December 2024. I have been with Supersonic for almost 8 years. I did place a transfer of my fiber line in November already. However until today I am not able to connect. I have been call there call center I wait on line for almost an hour every time. They still tell me it will be connected tomorrow my system is still not connected. There service is extremely poor.
