Extremely poor service

I've been without internet for the last few days. Took me hours to eventually get through to Supersonic who "escalated" my case to Vumatel. No response from Vumatel. Worst of all, my daughter is in matric and desperately needs the internet for study. They are so insensitive to our needs.
