Extremely Poor Service

The poorest customer service I have encountered, my internet had been off for an entire day and still did not proper hellp, and mind you I had Work to finish. Lacklustre customer service, you have to wait ages for an agent and what internet provider doesn't have a dedicated contact number. It's ridiculous..I would like to be refunded soonest.
