Extremely poor Service

Supersonic is the worst company to contact EVER!!!! Nobody answers the call when there are problems - calling Customer Service on *** is a complete nightmare. Their WhatsAPP number *** has been under maintenance for how long now. Then when you get hold of a Customer Service person, they are so unfriendly, and then they want to be rated. I dont believe that Calvin Corlett has any interest in the public complaints that's why it has been going on and on and on. Yes your monthly premium MUST be paid on-time otherwise your service is cut.
