Extremely dissatisfied with service, used to be great, don't know what happened!

I have always received fantastic service until 5 days ago. I logged a call on the WhatsApp number as always and it has been more than 5 days without any feedback. I tried to phone the call center and held for 22 minutes on my cellphone whereafter the call just cut. I am extremely disappointed and I need my Wi-Fi fixed or someone who will assist me with the cancellation of this service as this is ridiculous.
