Extremely Bad Service/ No Service

Anyone wanting to join please read all the reviews I wish I did Less expensive fibre comes with a cost - no customer service - you hold on for years on end if you have enough airtime before call centre picks up - if you choose to use their WhatsApp line , you will be responded after 4hrs if ever - I have been 3months for them to collect their router and they keep debiting me for it??
