Extremely bad service

Extremely bad service. For starters, they take up to an hour before answering a call. I got a new router 4 days ago, did the connection and everything. Even tried to configure it myself with no luck. I've been calling them, keep on telling me that they will call me back. No one called me. This is ridiculous.
