Extremely bad service!!!!

Why do you always have to post a review on Hellopter in order to get a response. I have to admit that the service of Supersonic has gone down tremendously. I emailed them on 14 Dec asking why my account was debited twice and up till today I am still waiting on feedback. I guess I have they will probably get back to me after their Christmas Party of 2023.......What a waste of time.
