Extremely bad service

What a terrible experience. The router was ordered and took time to be delivered. Not only that, once the router arrived, it took 3 weeks for a technician to be sent to establish the connection. Even after many phone calls, you still won’t get assistance. Once the network was established, it only worked for one day only for it to go off again for more than 3 days. I’m super disappointed. Cancelling this service immediately
