Extremely bad experience with MTN Supersonic.

My experience with Supersonic started out alright, however it turned into a nightmare when I moved and had to cancel my subscription after 10 months. In the end the subscription was canceled and the router was collected, and I had to pay a R250 collection fee. This I was fine with. Only thereafter was I charged a whopping R2500 for "not returning the router" a full month after they already collected the router from me. I am have been struggling for a month and a half now to get my money refunded, and everytime the excuse is "it's still awaiting approval from the finance manager." Very Very upset and I regret trusting Supersonic.
