Extremely bad customer service

Their customer service is extremely poor. I made an order with them on the 28th of June and never communicated or provided an update. Whether you call or WhatsApp the for support you go through an automated service. The on the 24th of July I sent an email telling them that I'm canceling my order because of their bad customer service, instead of contacting me they sent email that they have actived my service, I don't need activation I made an order for a new service and installation which I already paid last moth when I made the order.
