Extremely bad Customer Service
I have never had such a bad service experience from any company, it is absolutely impossible to get hold of anyone there. I submitted my application on 28 April. Followed up every second day via whatsapp. They only submit my application today to the people to do the site visit on 28 May. So much for a 14 day turnaround.
