EXPLOITATION AND THEFT

On 1 October I contacted Supersonic and asked to relocate the service from one house to the other RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO EACH OTHER. I WAS told to apply for relocation on website. I could not do this,. I was then told to apply for cancellation and to do a new service application. I duly did this and I was advised that the service would be moved to the house NEXT DOOR, on the same property. On the 28 October I moved and the service was not yet relocated. Then on the 9 November after calling repeatedly I was told it would be done. Then the technicians called me and told ne to please contact supersonic and tell them that no new equipment would be needed, they just had to go next door and fetch the router and the equipment. So it was eventually done on the 12th, I then received two accounts for R414.52 and another one for R 521.22 which I assumed would be what I would have to pay. Now I have two more accounts for R1000 each for the old and the new service. Why am I still billed for the old service which was actually not working for November as we went to try and use it so that my son could access his teams for matric. It was DISCONNECTED for the whole of November. I paid R1000 for November for a service I did not have. I repeatedly tried to simply get the service moved next door and still dont understand why I now have two accounts. I called on Friday and spent an hour on the phone with someone who then told me that he would call me right back as he saw there was a problem. To date nobody has called me. I have to date, not been told what is being debited to my account. I have to pay for a service that I DID NOT GET FOR A MONTH, and another service that I only got for half a month after begging and pleading repeatedly and for a service that I no longer have. I was told there are no additional fees, cancellation fees as it is a relocation and yet here I sit.......... I will contact the NCR and the ombudsman because it is really disgusting
