EXPECTED TO PAY FOR VERY SLOW SERVICE

I signed up for fibre with Supersonic about a week ago. Last week the connection was made and my router delivered. I opted for the 250mbps line at a cost of R800 pm. Tested the speed - 4mbps. A day after installation I receive my first bill for a 250mbps line, but I'm only getting 4mbps. Logged a querie - still waiting.

I read Supersonic was rated 2nd best provider of fiber, but I made a mistake and didn't read the reviews!

Hope my issue will be resolved or I will just have to move on to the next provider.
