excellent Service received from JOSHUA

I would like to Thanks JOSHUA for assisting me. He is the only one that really go out of his way to assist clients. He phoned me, I advise him what is happening with my account. He send all the proof of payment to the Finance department, and unsuspended my account. It took him less than a hour. all the 18 other consultants couldn't assist me, do they really know what is expected of them? do they even know what to do? Because Joshua knew exactly what was needed to be done !!! After speaking to so many consultants Joshua really assisted me. he even phone me back to check if my WIFI is on and working. I do thank you a lot. U really know what is expected of you. YOU are a Real Super STAR. Thank you so much for all your assistance. I wish there was more people like you. Just another Consultant Ntandokazi also phone me and tried to assist me, she was also helpful.
