Excellent service from Kwena Jane(Technical Support)

After a few calls with Supersonic experiencing 2 different issue for the early part of my day and finally ridiculously low speeds added to the list of problems. I jumped onto a call with Kwena from Technical Support and she stayed on the call and walked me through trouble shooting. All DNS Issues and low speeds were resolved before the hour was up. She was absolutely brilliant!!!Patient and very intuitive to what the issues were and quick to go through the trouble shooting fixes. My wife and I were very impressed by her professionalism.
