Excellent customer service by Edith

Dear Supersonic I want to thank Edith Mapanga for her excellent customer service. She was honest, straightforward and I trusted her from the beginning of our correspondence. She went out of her way, working overtime to assure me that she was on top of the issue. She promised to resolve it the next day and was true to her word. To the big shots, take care of her. There aren’t many Ediths out there.
