I regret not taking down the telephone number of the last person I spoke to from Supersonic. After countless calls, condescending attitudes, unresponsive Whatsapp support I FINALLY got to speak to the last person who assisted me. She went out of her way to help me - and just like that my line was activated.
Part of the reason why this whole process was so frustrating was simply the lack of "wanting to help the customer" attitude. Please check my call logs to see who it was that I last spoke to and PLEASE reward her as a shining example of how customer service is supposed to be!!!
