Exasperated

No option for less than 0 rating. For months we have chased on unstable connection with no call back. Service email never gets addressed. For months we have tried to access client portal, with error messages of incorrect login, and permanently trying to reset password with still no access ability. We have logged whatsapp tickets, service tickets, called customer service and emailed accounts, info and general email accounts never receiving any support.
