Every single month downtown

Good day

Last week we were offline for 2 days, ISP - 634846 (Ref). This happens every single month when we have some downtime, without an explanation or anything. This month I have just about had it. Every single month at the end of 28 days we get cut off, yet in actual fact I did not receive 28 days. Last week I requested that I get a refund/credit for the days we were offline. I'm still waiting on feedback. I buy a voucher for 28 days and I expect to be able to use it for the same. Please provide feedback soonest
