Epitome of USELESSNESS

If I could, I would give them -959 stars as my rating. 959 being the monthly fee I pay them. Firstly, a monthly fee is expected whether the service is good or not then you spend more than 30 minutes on the phone with them on each occassion you call them for an issue they fail to resolve. By the way this is money that I still have to pay to my cellphone phone service provider. Basically, I spend money to beg for a service that I pay for. They will tell you that your case is with senior engineers but it seems like these engineers do not exist. It is now almost a month since a case number was opened but I guess it will never be attended to. These guys are just pathetic in every way.
