ENOUGH IS ENOUGH SUPERSONIC!!!!!

This is an ABSOLUTE JOKE!!! WHAT SERVICE??? REALLY, do you call this Service???? After writing my review- I received a call 2-3 days later from Reinhard, who connects me to the temp LTE, I'm paying for 100mbps download, I receive 50mbps. Reinhard said he will call me back to make sure I receive 100mbps, he never called. Then I receive a call from Joshua, who said he will connect with Reinhard, and call me back- he didn't?!?!?!?! So- here I am, another week added to poor service from SUPERSONIC..... Really- how loud must I scream? Enough is Enough now!!!!!!
